SafeOrbit360 ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service platform that provides device monitoring services. Our registered contact email is privacy@safeorbit360.com. By using SafeOrbit360, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of data: **Account Data:** Name, email address, phone number, hashed password, account type, and billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers). **Monitored Device Data:** GPS location coordinates (latitude, longitude, speed, heading, accuracy), device metadata (model, Android version, partial IMEI), battery level, network status, app usage statistics, call logs (number, duration, type, contact name), SMS message content (sender, recipient, body, timestamp), call recording audio files (Enterprise plan only). **Usage Data:** Dashboard activity logs, login timestamps, feature interactions — used for security and service improvement only.

We use your data exclusively to: • Provide the monitoring and alert features you subscribed to • Send you notifications (push, email, SMS, Telegram) • Generate reports and dashboard visualizations • Maintain account security and prevent fraud • Improve the platform based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns We do NOT use your data for advertising, profiling for third-party purposes, or any commercial purpose beyond providing the SafeOrbit360 service.

All data is stored on servers within the European Union (primary) and India (regional replica), both protected under ISO 27001-certified data centers. Retention periods: • Live location data: up to 30 days (Premium) or 7 days (Basic) • Call logs and SMS: up to 90 days on Premium, 30 days on Basic • Call recordings: up to 60 days on Enterprise • Account data: retained until account deletion, then purged within 30 days

We implement industry-standard security measures: • All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3 • Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256 • Per-account data isolation — no cross-account data access is possible • Quarterly third-party penetration testing • Employee access to user data requires multi-factor authentication and is logged • We maintain a responsible disclosure program at security@safeorbit360.com

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with: • **Infrastructure providers:** AWS (S3 storage, EU region), Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection) • **Payment processor:** Stripe (billing only — we never see your raw card data) • **Notification services:** Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Twilio (SMS alerts) • **Legal authorities:** Only when required by a valid court order or applicable law All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements (DPAs) that restrict use of your data to providing their service to us.

Our website and dashboard use strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies that report to external services. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this will prevent you from staying logged in.

SafeOrbit360 accounts may only be created by individuals aged 18 or older. While the platform may be used to monitor minor children (with appropriate parental authority), the account holder must be an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 as an account holder.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify account holders via email and display a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
