Does the monitored person know the app is installed?
The agent runs in the background and is not visible in the app drawer by default. However, we strongly recommend full transparency and informed consent before deploying on any device.
What Android versions are supported?
The agent APK supports Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and above. Samsung Knox integration is available for Knox-compatible devices for deeper system-level control.
What happens when the device is offline?
All location and activity data is stored locally on the device. When internet is restored, everything syncs automatically — no data is lost.
Can the agent be uninstalled by the monitored person?
No. The agent uses EMM (Enterprise Mobile Management) system-level installation, which prevents standard uninstall. Only an authorized remote command from your dashboard can uninstall it.
How long does setup take?
