SafeOrbit360 is a monitoring tool designed and intended for use only with proper legal authorization or informed consent.
Permitted uses include:
- Monitoring devices owned by you (phones, tablets, company vehicles)
- Monitoring minor children under your legal guardianship or parental authority
- Monitoring employees on company-issued devices, under a disclosed and legally compliant workplace monitoring policy
- Monitoring assets and fleet vehicles you own or operate
Unauthorized monitoring of adults — including spouses, partners, friends, or any individual who has not consented — is a criminal offense in most countries and may result in prosecution under computer fraud, wiretapping, or stalking laws.
Any account found to be used for unauthorized surveillance will be permanently terminated and may be reported to law enforcement.
