Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any point. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
How are devices counted?
Each monitored device with the SafeOrbit360 agent installed counts as one device. Admin/dashboard users are not counted.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, UPI, and Net Banking. All transactions are secured via Stripe.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. All your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Do you offer discounts for institutions or NGOs?
Yes. Educational institutions and registered non-profit organizations receive 40% off all plans. Contact us at billing@safeorbit360.com with proof of status.
